Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging (when applicable)
  • Free from damage or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Food or edible products
  • Consumable or ingestible products (including supplements, CBD, herbs, teas, etc.)
  • Heat-sensitive products
  • Candles
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item, or
  • The item arrived due to our error.

If we made a mistake with your order, we'll provide instructions for a replacement or prepaid return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
