Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, destination, and shipping method selected.
Any applicable free shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders and are subject to the terms of the promotion.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and the service selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Once your package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist with filing claims or providing any information needed to help locate your shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
- Any packing materials
This information helps us resolve the issue quickly with the shipping carrier.
Heat-Sensitive Products
Some products may be affected by high temperatures during shipping. By purchasing heat-sensitive items, you acknowledge the risks associated with shipping during warm weather.
We are not responsible for damage caused by heat exposure during transit.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be available for shipment to certain states or locations due to applicable laws or carrier restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be legally shipped.
